I checked this out today. Definitely a destination experience. Thoughtfully done — kind of a mashup of a hipster hotel and one in Las Vegas. Experience is now part of the retail formula, and no longer an experiment. Just look around its Chelsea neighborhood to see the experiential retail district growing.
NYC alert. I don’t know about you but I need to see “a coffee palace.”
